Yes. We define your brief on a video call, I send you vetted shortlists and I can view homes on live video on your behalf. Many families sign their lease before they land.
On day 25 I send you a short report and you choose: adjust the brief at no cost, extend by 15 days (€300 + VAT, agreed in writing) or stop there. If you stop without a lease, you don't pay the second half.
Half when you sign the service agreement, by card or bank transfer, and half on the day you sign your lease. You can cancel within 14 days of signing.
For a primary residence, yes: since 2023 the landlord pays the letting agent, because the agent works for the landlord. I work only for you: I filter the market, prepare your file, negotiate and go through the contract with you.
I don't process visas or NIE/TIE applications. I refer you to trusted immigration lawyers and take care of everything around them: home, lease, padrón, school and settling in.
